Roles: who can see what
Three roles, each seeing what their work needs and nothing more.
How to
- Open Settings → Admin roles to see everyone's role.
- Choose Invite to add someone, and pick their role.
- To change a role, pick a new one beside their name.

Good to know
- “If named” means a Super Admin has added that person by name in Settings → Shared access. No role opens giving or prayer on its own.
- Someone who already has a login becomes a Leader when they are put in charge of a small group or serve team.
- Everyone can edit their own profile, whatever their role.
- An Admin can't change a Super Admin, and a church always keeps at least one Super Admin.
