Review a service

Leaders note what went well and what to improve.

How to

1. After the service, open the event's Evaluation tab.
2. Choose Write a review: a rating, what went well, what could be better.
3. CFOLD rolls up everyone's points into one table: your serve teams and roster roles down the side, what went well and what could be better across.
4. Points that match no area go to Unsorted. An admin can move a point with its ⋯ menu, or drag it onto another row on a computer.
5. Flag the points you will act on. They show on the next date of that service, on its Schedule and Roster tabs.

Good to know

• Any leader can write a review. Only admins can flag, move, reword or hide points.
• CFOLD learns from your moves: an area you create is used next time, and a word you file under the same area twice starts landing there on its own.
• Rewording or hiding a point changes the summary only. The review it came from keeps its own words.
• Share the summary as a link or save it as a PDF for your team.
