Is our data safe?
Each church's records are kept separate. Leaders see only the people they lead, and finance and prayer are opened to named people only.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. Attendance, the roster, people, the calendar and more all work on a phone. A few big screens like CSV import are best on a laptop.
Can I bring in my existing spreadsheet?
Yes. Download the template, paste your list in and upload it. Possible duplicates are shown before anything is saved.
We have more than one service. Does that work?
Yes. Each service is its own event with its own roster, register and order of service.
Do volunteers need training or an account?
No. Volunteers get reminder emails and shared links that open without a login. Leaders learn it in minutes.
How much does it cost?
LKR 2,990 a month in Sri Lanka, or US$10 a month elsewhere, with everything included whatever the size of your church. Our first 10 churches pay LKR 2,500 a month for as long as they stay. Every church starts with 14 days free, and you can cancel within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
What happens when the free trial ends?
After 14 days the account is paused until you choose to carry on. Nothing is deleted, so you pick up where you left off. Need longer to try it? Ask us for more time.
I clicked outside a form by mistake. Did I lose what I typed?
No. A form only closes with its own Close or Cancel button, when you save, or when you press Escape.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Your records stay yours.
Can the congregation see our data?
No. They only see pages you choose to share, like your public calendar or a roster link.
What if I delete something by mistake?
Press Undo straight away, or restore it from Settings → Trash within 30 days.
Can one person belong to two churches?
Yes. Switch between them from the church name in the sidebar.
