Insights shows whether people are coming, staying and going deeper.

How to

1. Open Insights from the chart icon at the top of Today.
2. Overview shows weekly attendance, newcomers who came back, and who is in a group, serving or a Member.
3. Tap any number with an arrow to see the people behind it, such as everyone attending but not yet in a group.
4. Groups & serving shows who carries the rota and which groups need a call.
5. The report icon writes up a quarter for your board. Save it as a PDF from there.

Good to know

• Weekly attendance counts each person once a weekend, even if they came to two services.
• Comparisons for groups, serving and members build up month by month from when this was turned on.
• The quarterly report names no one, so it is safe to send.
