Take attendance
Tick people present at the door, on a phone.
How to
- Open Attendance and pick the service.
- Search a name and tap Mark present.
- Someone new? Type their name and add them as a visitor.
Good to know
- Not marked shows who has no tick yet, with a WhatsApp button to follow up.
- No planned service? Use + One-off service to take a register anyway.
- Two greeters can take the same register on two phones. Each phone picks up the other's ticks within half a minute.
- Attendance is a count, never a percentage.
