Import your people from a spreadsheet

Bring your existing member list in from a CSV file.

How to

1. Open People → Import CSV (on a laptop).
2. Download the template and copy your list into it.
3. Upload the file. CFOLD shows who is new and who might already be on file.
4. For each possible match, choose whether to merge or add as new, then import.

Good to know

• Only first and last name are required. Leave any column blank that you don't have.
• Merging only fills blanks. It never overwrites what is already on a profile.
• Write phone numbers with the country code (+94 77 123 4567) so WhatsApp links work.
